We started with one truck, one plumber, and one promise: fix it right the first time. 15 years later, that promise hasn't changed — but our fleet grew to 12 trucks, 28 technicians, and over 12,000 happy Austin homeowners.

Our Story

TrustFlow Plumbing was founded in 2011 by Mike Richardson, a third-generation Austin plumber who got tired of watching big companies overcharge his neighbors for subpar work. He believed Austin deserved a plumbing company that was honest, fast, and genuinely cared about the community.

Starting from his garage with a single truck, Mike built TrustFlow on a foundation of integrity, craftsmanship, and neighborly service. Today, we're one of Austin's largest independently-owned plumbing companies — and we still operate by the same principles that started it all.
